Green spidey

Okay people/animals/dragons/strange creatures which coming from darkness to rape me.... This is spider which i capted in mountains at my beloved country.
Czech Republic > Jizerské hory

Im really not sure about specific specie of this one, as far i know in czech its skákavka Could some spider expert clarify this one a little to me?

And sorry for really bad photo, i saw him when he was crawling over my friend´s hand, so my hand were shaking with camera, spidey was moving and his hand was shaky too XD So i was unable to make it better.
